Medical Korea 2026 - Featured Engagement

KAMTOUR participated as an invited featured presenter at Medical Korea 2026, South Korea’s flagship global healthcare conference, convened by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) under the Republic of Korea Ministry of Health and Welfare, held March 19–22 in Gangnam, Seoul.

Jiyon Hwang, M.D., Board-Certified Physician and President of KAMTOUR, delivered an invited presentation examining the structural drivers of cancer care costs in the United States, contributing to broader discussions on healthcare system sustainability and international collaboration. In parallel with its conference participation, KAMTOUR executed a series of institutional agreements with Korean healthcare organizations during the official Medical Tourism Business Meetings. [Press Release]
